Throwback Thursday: Mr. India

Today’s song is from Mr. India, which is usually regarded as India’s first (and to date, best) superhero movie.  Although I have not seen this one yet myself (it is on my massive watch list, I promise!) I think this song is super catchy, and Sridevi is well, just plain ol’ mesmerizing in this song.  In fact, I would probably no recommend watching this video if people have a tendency to sneak up on you at work.  It might be a little awkward.

Throwback Thursday: Vivah

I know this post is a bit late in the day, but today was a long day.  I couldn’t let the moment pass without showing you guys a clip from one of my all time favorite movies, Vivah.  Yes I know, it’s terrible, don’t judge me.

My guy just left for a four week visit back home to India, so this song has been on my mind.  Hope you like it as much as I do!

Throwback Thursday: More Holi (and Darr…)

Ok, so I decided to post another Holi video?  Why?  For the purely selfish reason that I cannot wait to go to my own Holi celebration this weekend.  I have been looking forward to it for months, and I am counting down the hours!
