Throwback Thursday: Mujhe Neend Na Aaye

Hey there!

This song is a little bit more modern than last week’s, but still incredibly catchy, I don’t know how much Udit Narayan’s singing is to blame or the hypnotic drum beat.  Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit don’t hurt either.  This song is from the movie Dil, which I have not yet seen but sounds like one of those glorious grand Masala films like Quayamat Se Quayamat Tak.

Throwback Thursday: Dholna

So I might have threatened last week to do a series of I-need-a-five-minute-vacation-with-SRK-in-the-Swis-Mountains videos.  It was a pretty easy series to put together, considering how many of these Swiss Alps romantic interludes King Khan has done over his career.  So for this week’s offering, please enjoy “Dholna”, from Dil to Pagal Hai, a classic from SRK’s “Rahul” phase.  Sadly this one does not do much credit to Madhuri Dixit’s amazing dancing abilities, but it’s a sweet video nonetheless.
